OWNERSHIP - The title of goods shall not pass until payment has been made in full. In the case of non-payment we shall be entitled to re-possess the goods, or proceeds in your hands, or in the hands of any Liquidator or Receiver.

SHORTAGE - Any shortage or damage must be notified within seven days of receipt, both to this Company and to the carriers.

WARRANTY - All parts listed in this website are guaranteed for six months from date of supply against failure resulting from faulty manufacture, or 12 months subject to manufacturers terms and conditions. The guarantee covers free replacement only and does not cover any labour charges incurred. Parts which have been incorrectly fitted or misused cannot be replaced under warranty.

SPECIAL ORDERS - We are pleased to offer you what we believe is the most efficient special order service in the business. Our service is fully computerised and special orders are placed daily to the major manufacturers. However, because of the speed of our service it is virtually impossible to cancel a part once ordered, and we therefore recommend the following:-

1. Please note that special order parts may take longer to supply depending on availability from the manufacturer.
3. Please provide us with the manufacturers part number, and also the make, model number and accurate description/function of the part.
4. Please do not order a part unless you are 100% sure about it, or are prepared to accept it if it is incorrect.
